Role Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Recruiter to identify, attract, and hire top talent across a wide range of remote positions. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, partner with hiring managers, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience while helping organizations build high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for multiple open positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
- Develop sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
- Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct phone, video, and initial screening interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams.
- Evaluate candidates based on qualifications, experience, and organizational fit.
- Maintain accurate candidate records within Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Prepare and extend employment offers in collaboration with hiring managers.
- Support onboarding activities and ensure a smooth candidate transition.
- Monitor recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill and quality-of-hire.
- Stay informed about hiring trends, recruitment best practices, and employment regulations.
- Promote employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Deliver a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, human resources, customer service, business administration, or other people-focused professional roles is highly valued.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation abilities.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- High attention to detail and professionalism.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment.
- Experience recruiting for technical, corporate, or remote positions.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Knowledge of Boolean search techniques and candidate sourcing strategies.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting platforms.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent negotiation and offer management abilities.
- Knowledge of U.S. employment laws and hiring practices.

Work Environment
This is a fully remote position available to candidates residing within the United States. Recruiters collaborate with hiring managers, HR teams, and candidates using virtual communication and recruiting platforms. Candidates should maintain a reliable high-speed internet connection, a professional home office, and the ability to manage multiple hiring processes while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
