Role Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to gather business requirements, evaluate workflows, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technology solutions that support organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Conduct business process analysis and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.
- Create Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), user stories, process maps, and workflow diagrams.
- Collaborate with product managers, software developers, QA teams, and project managers throughout project lifecycles.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, interviews, and requirement-gathering sessions.
- Analyze existing business processes and recommend technology-driven solutions.
- Support Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall project methodologies.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate implemented solutions.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and business performance metrics.
- Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Assess the business impact of proposed changes and system enhancements.
- Support change management initiatives and end-user training.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
- Stay informed about industry trends and recommend process improvement opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in business analysis, project coordination, operations, consulting, software development, process improvement, or other analytical roles is highly valued.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with Agile or Scrum teams.
- Familiarity with SQL for reporting and data analysis.
- Experience using Power BI, Tableau, or other business intelligence tools.
- Knowledge of process mapping methodologies such as BPMN or UML.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.
- Experience creating dashboards and business reports.
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC).

Work Environment
This is a fully remote position available to candidates residing within the United States. Business Analysts collaborate with stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership using virtual meetings and project management platforms. Candidates should maintain a reliable high-speed internet connection, a professional home office, and the ability to manage multiple projects while working independently in a remote-first environment.
