Role Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to gather business requirements, evaluate workflows, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technology solutions that support organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Conduct business process analysis and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.
• Create Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), user stories, process maps, and workflow diagrams.
• Collaborate with product managers, software developers, QA teams, and project managers throughout project lifecycles.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, interviews, and requirement-gathering sessions.
• Analyze existing business processes and recommend technology-driven solutions.
• Support Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall project methodologies.
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate implemented solutions.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and business performance metrics.
• Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Assess the business impact of proposed changes and system enhancements.
• Support change management initiatives and end-user training.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
• Stay informed about industry trends and recommend process improvement opportunities.

Required Qualifications

• Experience in business analysis, project coordination, operations, consulting, software development, process improvement, or other analytical roles is highly valued.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Agile or Scrum teams.
• Familiarity with SQL for reporting and data analysis.
• Experience using Power BI, Tableau, or other business intelligence tools.
• Knowledge of process mapping methodologies such as BPMN or UML.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
• Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.
• Experience creating dashboards and business reports.
• Basic understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC).

Work Environment

This is a fully remote position available to candidates residing within the United States. Business Analysts collaborate with stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership using virtual meetings and project management platforms. Candidates should maintain a reliable high-speed internet connection, a professional home office, and the ability to manage multiple projects while working independently in a remote-first environment.
