Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and collaborative Full-Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable, and high-performing web applications. You’ll work across both front-end and back-end technologies while collaborating with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications.
  • Build responsive and accessible front-end interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks.
  • Develop secure and efficient back-end APIs and server-side applications.
  • Design, optimize, and maintain relational and NoSQL databases.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement intuitive user experiences.
  • Integrate third-party APIs and cloud-based services.
  • Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following industry best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers when appropriate.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects.
  • Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
  • Develop automated tests and participate in CI/CD workflows.
  • Maintain technical documentation for applications, APIs, and system architecture.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend technical improvements.
  • Contribute to software architecture decisions and long-term technical strategy.

Required Qualifications

Experience in full-stack development, software engineering, web application development, back-end development, front-end development, or other software development roles is highly valued.

  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
  • Experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Experience building back-end applications using Node.js, Python, Java, C#, or PHP.
  • Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design.
  • Experience developing RESTful APIs and GraphQL services.
  • Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Experience using Git for version control.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and dedicated home office.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with serverless architecture.
  • Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines.
  • Understanding of OAuth 2.0 and JWT authentication.
  • Knowledge of application security best practices.
  • Experience with microservices architecture.
  • Strong collaboration and leadership skills.

Work Environment

This is a fully remote position available to candidates residing within the United States. Full-Stack Developers collaborate with distributed engineering teams using Agile methodologies through virtual communication and project management platforms. Candidates should maintain a distraction-free home office, reliable high-speed internet connection, and availability during agreed-upon collaboration hours.


Pay Range & Compensation

Compensation varies by employer, experience, project scope, industry, and location. Salary details will be provided during the hiring process.

Additional compensation may include performance bonuses, equity opportunities (where applicable), annual salary reviews, and opportunities for professional development and technical certifications.

Alternative Salary Range

Annual Salary: $115,000 – $165,000 USD

Hourly Equivalent: Approximately $55 – $79 USD per hour, depending on experience, technical expertise, programming languages, certifications, and employer requirements.
