Role Summary

We are seeking a strategic, organized, and results-driven Project Manager to oversee project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans and schedules.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans to meet business objectives.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
- Manage project budgets, resources, and stakeholder expectations.
- Facilitate project meetings, sprint planning, and status updates.
- Track project milestones, KPIs, and deliverables.
- Communicate project progress to stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Ensure compliance with project governance, quality standards, and company policies.
- Resolve project issues and remove roadblocks affecting delivery.
- Support Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies.
- Prepare project reports, documentation, and executive summaries.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize project workflows.
- Mentor team members and promote collaboration across departments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of project management experience.
- Experience managing multiple projects in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Kanban methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and stakeholder expectations.
- Ability to prioritize competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, or PRINCE2 are preferred.

Work Environment
This is a fully remote position available to candidates residing within the United States. Project Managers collaborate with distributed teams, stakeholders, and leadership through virtual meetings and project management platforms. Candidates should maintain a professional home office, reliable high-speed internet connection, and the ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a remote-first environment.
